After a very dead February …so quiet that one famous Monaco starr complained that the highlight of the month was shovelling the snow off his penthouse balcony (but then, his wife was away making a film and his musical taste may not have induced him to attend the wonderful Glyndebourne/Cox production of the opera, “The Rake’s Progress” with Hockney’s madly dazzling crosshatched sets and costumes)… Spring is here at last. …
