After a wonderful summer of sun, fun, fireworks and music we welcome our favourite month of September, when children are back at school, tourists go home and the beach is sunny and serene. Successful BAC students are off to university or looking for a job (Lycée Albert Ier had a 98.35% success rate) and some of the graduates of École des Hoteliers at Lycée Technique (its gourmet restaurant reopens on October 1st) found instant employment at the new Monte Carlo Bay Hotel at Larvotto, which will have its grand opening on October 1st. …
