Spring is so short and sweet in Monaco that it’s off with the mink and on with the bikini while the cherry trees in the Japanese garden are still in full bloom. A little sea mist may have drifted over the 100,000 tennis fans who cheered Pioline to victory in the Monte Carlo Tennis Masters but the sun shone on the stars in town for the World Music Awards.
